Let me introduce myself, 

I am a motivated individual that works diligently, loves to engage with our natural surroundings in a variety of ways and that cherishes time spent with friends and family. 

I have an extensive work history spanning more than 15 years in industrial maintenance of both high paced production equipment as well as building systems, structures and grounds. I also own, manage, maintain and remodel the homes that we are renting in our local community. This experience has been of great value affording me an in depth understanding of homes, their structures and the systems required to keep them functioning safely and reliably.
